Coaching Sessions

    • All coaching sessions, whether individual or part of a package, are non-refundable. Once a session is booked and delivered, the time and insights provided cannot be retracted.

    • We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative time.

Digital Products and Courses

    • All digital products, including but not limited to online courses, e-books, webinars, and downloadable materials, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, which can be immediately accessed and utilized, we cannot offer refunds.

    • You will have access to the course materials and digital products upon purchase. We encourage you to review all course descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing to ensure they meet your needs.

Products

  1. Physical Products:

    • Currently, we do not offer physical products. If and when we do, the refund policy for physical products will be detailed here.
