Your Caregiver Clarity Intensive is a private 90-minute planning session focused entirely on your current caregiving situation.
Together, we will identify your most immediate priorities, clarify what needs attention now versus later, uncover gaps in care or support, and begin outlining practical next steps for the next 30 days.

Decide what comes next
Before you can decide what to do next, you need a clear picture of what is happening now.
In this section, you will look at your current caregiving situation, identify your loved one’s needs, and determine which concerns need attention first.
You are not expected to solve everything in this section. Your goal is to gather information, notice gaps, and prepare for your Caregiver Clarity Intensive.
Complete the items in order whenever possible.
Caregiving can feel overwhelming when one person is carrying too many responsibilities or when support is available but not organized.
In this section, you will look at the people in your support network, identify who is currently helping, and map the responsibilities that make up the caregiving workload.
The goal is to help you see what you are carrying, what others may be able to help with, and where additional support may be needed.
Complete the items in order whenever possible.
You have already identified your caregiving priorities and looked at who is currently helping.
This week, you will focus on the outside support that may be needed next.
You will prepare for conversations with healthcare providers and other professionals, identify useful resources, and recognize the gaps that still need attention.
The goal is not to research everything. It is to focus on the people, services, and information that can make the biggest difference right now.
You have spent the last three weeks gathering information, identifying priorities, organizing support, and finding the resources that may be needed.
This final week is where you bring everything together.
You will create a practical 30-Day Caregiver Action Plan that identifies what needs to happen, who is responsible, when it should happen, and what support is needed.
The goal is not to create a perfect long-term care plan. The goal is to leave this program with a clear roadmap for what comes next.
